About the position
The Campus Recruiter for Citi's Graduate Recruitment & Program Management Team is responsible for identifying, attracting, hiring, and developing top talent for the Analyst Programs within Citi's technology organizations. This role focuses on engaging undergraduate candidates through effective on-campus marketing and screening processes, managing relationships with target schools, and overseeing summer internship programs.
Responsibilities
Ā Work with technology business to create on-campus strategy at assigned target schools.

Ā Coordinate all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews.
,
Ā Secure coverage for and attend campus and in-house events.
,
Ā Assist in the development and support of a robust diversity recruiting strategy.
,
Ā Manage relationships with key contacts at career centers.
,
Ā Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process, marketing the Firm and answering questions.
,
Ā Manage summer intern and/or full-time programs including onboarding, training, events, appraisal process, and offers.
,
Ā Support program management processes as needed, including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion.
,
Ā Ownership of data related to online applicant tracking system, workforce planning, diversity statistics, and related reporting as requested.
,
Ā Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
,
Ā Travel domestically 20-25% of the work-time during peak recruiting seasons.
,
Ā Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that 'best practice' recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.

Ā Coach and train new recruits, and assume informal/formal leadership roles within the team.
,
Ā Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws.
Requirements
Ā 3+ years of relevant experience (i.e., campus recruiting or other HR experience)
,
Ā Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management
,
Ā Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about technology, financial services, and talent development
,
Ā Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment
,
Ā Ability to source talent through social media channels and other networking activities
,
Ā Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, and attention to detail

Ā Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
