Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage robust data solutions leveraging the AVEVA PI System for industrial data management, real-time data visualization, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to provide scalable and reliable PI-based solutions that optimize operational efficiency, data integration, and actionable insights across industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of scalable AVEVA PI System solutions, including PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Interfaces, and PI Vision.Analyze business and technical requirements from engineering, operations, and IT teams to architect and deliver PI-based solutions that enable real-time data visibility and advanced analytics.Develop and configure PI Asset Framework (AF) structures and templates, ensuring accurate representation of process assets, hierarchical models, and metadata.Integrate diverse data sources into the PI System using standard and custom PI Interfaces, OPC, and PI Connectors, ensuring reliable and secure data ingestion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data models, build data-driven solutions, and implement dashboards and visualizations using PI Vision and other visualization tools.Establish best practices around data governance, security, performance optimization, and disaster recovery in the PI System environment.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
