As the Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be the direct link between our customers and their current and future visits. You will assist our customers with questions, schedule appointments, and follow up with post-service contacts. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about creating positive relationships with our customers while maintaining a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition.The sign-on Bonus will be paid in 2 installments:$250 paid after 30 days of continuous employment.$250 paid after completing six months of continuous employmentHOURLY RATE OF $16/ PLUS MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS!!POTENTIAL HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT AFTER 60 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT, BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS, TO BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW!Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator.
