Required Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)
Strong aptitude for multitasking; prior gaming experience is advantageous
Basic familiarity with internet and window-based computer operations
Positive, professional demeanor and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory
High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required
A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
2+ years in an office environment, customer interaction, or call center experience is preferred
