Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting, reconditioning, and repairing vehicles to ensure CarMax customers can drive with confidence.
- Collaborating with your team to swiftly and effectively solve technical issues.
- Gaining valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Upholding our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times.

Qualifications:
- Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or heating and air conditioning.
- Understanding of health and safety compliance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and maintain physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Valid driverâs license is required.
- Must maintain ASE Certifications where required by state or local law.*
*In California, Certified Technicians must hold ASE Certification in Engine Repair (A1), Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), and Heating/Air Conditioning (A7). Master Certified Technicians must additionally maintain ASE Certification in Transmission/Transaxle (A2), Manual Drive Train and Axles (A3), Electrical (A6), and Engine Performance (A8).
