What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Audit automotive files to assess the validity of goodwill claims
Verify documentation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Interact with agents, dealerships, and clients to correct and complete files
Handle help desk calls from contact center agents regarding financial opportunities for customers
Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or similar)
Ability to work shifts within Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time
Strong computer navigation and typing skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree
Experience with case escalation, leadership, and mentoring
