What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive BDC Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary objective is to deliver first-class experiences that establish trust and encourage customers to choose arenaflex for their automotive needs. Here's what your daily responsibilities will include:


Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and internet channels, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service
Handle inbound calls with enthusiasm and product knowledge, answering questions about our vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and special promotions
Execute outbound call campaigns to follow up on previous inquiries, nurture leads, and schedule appointments for showroom visits
Schedule appointments that align with customer preferences and inventory availability, creating seamless transitions from initial contact to showroom visits
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through, maintaining communication throughout the customer journey
Utilize CRM tools to track all communications, update customer records, and maintain detailed logs of interactions and outcomes
Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume targets and appointment scheduling goals
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that enhance the customer ownership experience
Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and industry trends to provide accurate information
Represent arenaflex with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction, upholding our brand standards


What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Prior experience in BDC (Business Development Center), call center, or customer-facing roles is required
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional written communication skills
Reliable and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and current residency status
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), and drug screening
