Key Responsibilities

Ā Summarize customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional customer service abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment
Ā Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Ā Proficient in written and spoken English
Ā Basic computer literacy with internet and window-based applications
Ā Capable of fast and accurate typing, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred)
Ā Positive, professional demeanor with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic workplace
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the automotive sector is advantageous but not mandatory
