Resolve customer disputes: The Automotive Claims Specialist, Arbitrator will be responsible for handling and resolving customer disputes related to automotive claims.

Ensure efficient claims process: This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process for handling automotive claims, in order to provide a positive customer experience.

Communicate with customers: The specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers to gather information, provide updates on the status of their claims, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Conduct investigations: The specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into customer claims, including reviewing documentation, speaking with involved parties, and gathering evidence.

Make fair and informed decisions: Using their expertise and knowledge of the automotive industry, the specialist will be responsible for making fair and informed decisions on customer claims.

Negotiate resolutions: The specialist will be responsible for negotiating resolutions with customers and other parties involved in the claims process.

Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the specialist to maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and their resolutions.
