Ā Collect appointment information and schedule appointments
Knowledge Management
Ā Develop and update a knowledge base on evolving products and services
Lead Generation
Ā Gather customer contact details for lead generation and client evaluation
Ā Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review
Qualifications
Ā Preferred experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry
Ā Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
Ā Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills
Ā Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is a plus
Ā Positive and professional demeanor
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Adaptability and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
