Roles/Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for COTS product
PMACS, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Provide expertise in Life and annuities domain with SME knowledge in Compensation LOB
Licensing, Authority, Security, Appointments, Commission, Chargeback, etc. Possess expertise in COTS Admin -Cycle planning, Transaction processing, Post Batch validation, etc. - Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies. - Execute automated and manual tests to ensure product functionality and performance. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. - Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure product stability. - Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders effectively. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team
Required Qualifications
PMACS experience of at least 5 years
Insurance Compensation Knowledge
Life and Annuities Insurance experience
ISTQB Certified Tester, LOMA Certified Professional
Selenium/Java sound knowledge for automation

The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,100 $ 112,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
