Automation Testing / Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW:We are looking for 4 + years of experience as a Software Automation Testing Engineer to join us, driving the transformation of testing into an efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure software reliability and quality.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various testing tools.Develop both manual and automated test cases/scripts.Execute automated regression tests on - daily/weekly/monthly, and demand basis.Identify and document issues detected during automated regression testing for recreation.Communicate daily and weekly progress updates.Collaborate with management to provide continuous input for improving the QA process.Utilize project management tools to report testing task completion to the QA Manager.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Over 4 years of experience as a Software Automation Testing Engineer or a similar role.Proficient in utilizing automation testing tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestComplete, Ranorex, Katalon Studio, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience with JIRA/CONFLUENCE.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
