This a FullRemote job, the offer is available from: United States Overview: TISTA is looking for an experienced Automation Tester with hands-on expertise with Momentum Suite platform. This role will support federal IT initiatives by executing automated, end-to-end testing across web, desktop, and API layers. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with Momentum Suite and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes. TISTA associates enjoy above Industry Healthcare Benefits,Remote Working Options, Paid Time Off, Training/Certification opportunities, Healthcare Savings Account & Flexible Savings Account, Paid Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability, 401K Match, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Holidays, Military Leave, and much more!Responsibilities: β€’ Review requirements, specifications, and documentation to understand verification processes. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Momentum Suite and modern tools. β€’ Apply best practices like BDD, modularization, and data-driven testing to enhance reusability. β€’ Execute functional (smoke, API, regression, end-to-end, UAT) and non-functional (508, performance, security) testing. β€’ Maximize automation coverage across all testing types. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to communicate results and resolve defects.β€’ Log issues in defect management systems and generate traceability matrices and test reports. β€’ Support UAT and provide task estimates and testing metrics to project management. Qualifications: β€’ 10+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks. β€’ Momentum experience required. β€’ Proficiency with Momentum Suite and tools like Selenium, CodeceptJS, Karate-DSL. β€’ Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python. β€’ Experience using tools like Jenkins and GitHub. β€’ Strong SQL experience/skills and data-driven testing.β€’ Experience with APIs for data integration. β€’ Ability to work independently and perform thorough requirement analysis. β€’ Understanding of federal accounting principles (nice to have). β€’ Experience working in an Agile environment. β€’ Strong technical troubleshooting skills. β€’ Strong communication skills. Education: β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or techical discipline is required. Clearance: β€’ The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation. Location: β€’ Remote, USA Pay Range: β€’ The suggested pay for this position ranges from $69,240 to $90,500.β€’ The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. β€’ Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. β€’ TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
