Job Title: Automation Tester (SAP S/4HANA – Tosca) Location: Remote - US based candidates only Employment Type: Contract (W2 consultant only, no C2C) Pay Rate: $80–$95 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary CSI Companies is hiring an Automation Tester to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate has strong SAP testing experience, advanced automation skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and QA teams in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) through Tosca script development and execution • Perform automated testing for an SAP S/4HANA implementation to validate functionality, integration, and system performance • Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly document findings • Collaborate with developers, functional teams, and QA stakeholders to identify and prioritize test cases for automation • Assist with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Ensure test coverage aligns with project requirements and enterprise quality standards • Create and maintain documentation for automation tools, processes, and best practices Required Qualifications • Strong experience in automation testing • Hands-on expertise with Tosca • Experience testing SAP S/4HANA implementations • Solid understanding of SIT processes and enterprise testing methodologies • Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines • Prior experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations • Strong communication and documentation skills About Us • The CSI Companies is a recruiting firm established in 1994 that has been awarded “Best of Staffing” for 8 years in a row.
