Automation Specialist (n8n / Make) – AI Agents, VA Training & Workflow Automation
About Us We run outbound lead generation systems for restaurants focused on corporate catering. Our front end is LinkedIn and cold email, and our backend is automation-first, with human oversight. We’re looking for an experienced automation specialist to help train our VA in the Philippines, improve reliability, and standardize workflows using n8n or Make. Experience integrating AI agents for lead replies is strongly preferred. This role is about teaching systems thinking — helping our VA see a process and understand how to automate it.⸻ What You’ll Be Working On • Training a VA on automation logic and system design • Building and explaining workflows in n8n or Make • Designing automations where AI agents assist or draft replies • Connecting outreach tools to CRM and internal systems • Creating clear SOPs and Loom walkthroughs • Improving reliability, error handling, and scalability ⸻ Core Automation Stack • n8n or Make (required) • AI agents for lead replies (OpenAI or similar – preferred) • GoHighLevel (preferred) • HeyReach (LinkedIn outreach – preferred) • Instantly.ai (cold email – preferred) ⸻ Example Automations • LinkedIn and cold email leads → CRM → pipeline stages • AI-assisted lead reply drafts with human approval • Lead classification and routing using AI • Automated follow-bolthires based on intent or message content • De-duplication, enrichment, and data syncing • Error handling, retries, and monitoring ⸻ What We Care About Most • You can explain why an automation exists, not just how to build it • You can help a VA go from “Here’s the process” → “Here’s how we automate it” • You understand where AI should assist vs fully automate • You build systems that are simple, observable, and maintainable ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Strong hands-on experience with n8n or Make • Experience integrating AI agents into workflows • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and edge cases • Has trained VAs or non-technical team members before • Clear communicator with strong English skills • Based in the Philippines (preferred) ⸻ Nice to Have • GoHighLevel workflows • HeyReach and/or Instantly.ai • Outbound lead generation experience • SOP creation and Loom-based training • Agency or operations background ⸻ Deliverables • Live VA training sessions (bolthires meets) • Documented workflows (Loom + SOPs) • AI-assisted reply logic and prompts • Stable automations in n8n or Make • Recommendations to simplify and harden systems ⸻ To Apply, Please Include 1.Your experience with n8n or Make (specific examples) 2.
