We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the highest standards of code quality across all platforms. Role Overview: The Automation & Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, driving the automation of testing frameworks, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure the production of high-quality, bug-free code. This role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and performance across mobile, web, and smart TV platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the overall quality assurance strategy, including both automated and manual testing approaches. • Oversee the development and implementation of automated test frameworks, including test scripts, tools, and infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate QA processes into the development pipeline. • Ensure continuous testing for all digital assets (iOS, Android, WebOS, Smart TV, Web) to maintain high performance, usability, and security standards. • Identify, document, and manage software defects, working with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve issues. • Establish best practices for code quality, including writing, reviewing, and updating test plans and automated test cases. • Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing feedback to leadership and engineering to improve overall code quality. • Advocate for test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication of quality expectations and technical requirements. • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation, testing strategies, and software quality standards. • Mentor and lead a growing team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of quality and accountability. Qualifications: • Language proficiency • Arabic: Fluent (Written, Spoken) • English: Fluent (Written, Spoken) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation. • Proven experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI). • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
