Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Automation QA Analyst with expertise in Selenium and TestNG to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software products through robust automated testing strategies. As an Automation QA Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure seamless functionality, performance, and reliability of applications across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG frameworks.

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical documentation to determine testing needs.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as required.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Report, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data in alignment with project goals.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and reporting.

Provide feedback on application usability and functionality from a user-centered perspective.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Proven experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.

Solid understanding of Java programming language for writing test scripts.

Familiarity with tools like Maven, Jenkins, Git, and JIRA.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable test code.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment.
• Experience

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing with Selenium and TestNG.

Experience in Agile development environments.

Previous exposure to API testing and performance testing tools is a plus (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
