Automation Engineer / Automation Tester
Title: Automation Engineer/ Automation Tester

Job Description:
The ELIAS Automated Regression Testing Team is tasked with developing new tests to fill remaining coverage gaps, enhance the efficiency of the current regression test suite, and execute & diagnose any failures.
Automated Regression Tester Role
Ā Transform business test cases into automated test coverage
Ā Develop repeatable fully automated tests, using the Tricentis TOSCA tool, that will operate without manual intervention
Ā Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered developing repeatable automation
Ā Rapidly update tests based on changes in the application
Ā Contribute to the build out of lights out automation
Ā Create test coverage using risk-based testing techniques
Ā Execute unattended testing and maintain the test environment
Automated Regression Testing Team Goals
Ā Fill the coverage gap from the previous WORKSOFT test suite to the current TOSCA test suite
Ā Maintain the current TOSCA test suite
Ā Add new test coverage to support updates to the ELIAS application
Ā Develop additional validations for new and existing tests
Ā Enhance test suite to provide additional capabilities such as being able to support testing against multiple versions of the application
Requirements:
Ā Experience developing automated test cases using TOSCA
Ā Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, Data driven test development techniques, Object recognition Test validation, Lights out unattended automation and Following framework and guidelines established by the QA Leads
Ā Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage
Ā Ability to develop creative solutions, to challenges that arise, developing a repeatable automated test suite
Ā Ability to develop basic SQL queries to be used for database validation
Ā Demonstrated ability to effectively use third party tools and system utilities
Ā Demonstrated ability of high levels of interpersonal and communication skills
Ā Ability to work well in a project team
Ā Knowledge of Dev/Ops Concepts and continuous testing
Ā Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations
Ā Experience working in an Agile project methodologies
Ā Knowledge and experience deploying risk-based testing techniques
Ā Experience developing and executing API test cases
Ā Experience with batch testing

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
