This role is profit-share only — you get paid a percentage of each project you work on. This is perfect for someone wanting consistent long-term project flow. Skills Needed (Any of the following): ✔ Make.com ✔ Zapier ✔ API integrations ✔ Webhooks ✔ CRM automation (GHL, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot) ✔ Retell AI / Vapi / Voice AI tools ✔ Google Scripts / Python (optional) What You’ll Do: · Build automation workflows · Integrate APIs · Create custom logic · Troubleshoot errors · Improve workflow performance · Work with the Client Communicator for updates · Deliver clean, documented builds Pay Structure: · 20–30% of project revenue you work on (after Upwork fees) Most projects range $500–$5,000+ You get paid per project you deliver.
