RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, including creating and configuring bots and workflows.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility.
Requirement Gathering: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents for RPA solutions.
Testing and Maintenance: Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including process definition documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and test cases.
Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with other systems, and Azure DevOps.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful RPA implementation.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing RPA processes.
Compliance: Ensure all RPA solutions adhere to relevant banking policies, procedures, and security standards.
Must-have Skills
Automation Anywhere: Proven experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
RPA Concepts: Strong understanding of RPA concepts, principles, and best practices.
Software Development: Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, .NET.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or SQL.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
RPA Certifications: Master Certified RPA Professional or equivalent.
Banking Experience: Prior experience working in a banking environment.
DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Automating processes related to payments, clearing, and settlement.
Integrating with the company’s systems and APIs.
Developing solutions for specific banking products or services offered by the company.
