Auto Damage Claims Adjuster - Catastrophe

Progressive is seeking an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster - Catastrophe to join our team and handle claims for customers who have experienced a catastrophic event. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing claims, providing exceptional customer service, and helping our customers get back on the road. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Assess and manage auto damage claims for customers who have experienced a catastrophic event.
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders during a difficult and stressful time.
Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and auto damage claims to accurately evaluate and process claims.
Communicate with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claims process to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
Document all claim information and maintain accurate and organized records.
Review and analyze policy coverage and determine appropriate settlements.
Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties in accordance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure timely and efficient claim resolution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations related to auto damage claims.
Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of claim handling.
Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
Uphold the company's values and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
