Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans
Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
Maintain professionalism, respond to client needs, and work flexibly to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required

Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs, perform fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly to client needs
