Join our team and contribute to our success!INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIESDrive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales areaManage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share-of-walletFoster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channelsFocus on high potential customers for individual visits prepare, plan and post work of customer visitsPromote and focus on application based sellingPosition Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultantHandle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c, actively manage marginEnsure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact schemeAnalyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channelsRegularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgetsSHARED ACCOUNTABILITIESRoll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brandPlan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager)Support sales team (sales reps; alt.
