Auditor II Product Certification

Responsibilities职责包括1. Conduct safety and quality audit and risk assessments as assigned.执行指派的有关安全和质量的审核以及风险评估。2. Develop cost effective work plans for the completion of assigned services including audit and other administrative responsibilities (reports, assessments, sampling, travel).为完成指派的审核业务，制定有效的工作计划，包括费用节省的行程安排、报告撰写、评估、抽样等。3. Provide pre-audit assessment for the customer as requested. After the site evaluation, give the facility reasonable suggestions or site training to help the facility achieve the compliance to related standards.应客户要求，提供预评估服务，通过现场评估，给工厂提供合理化的建议或培训，帮助工厂达到应有的要求。4. Monitor and report client needs to program office. If necessary, provide a timely response to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns.监视并向部门报告客户需要，如果必须，直接为客户提供即时的就客户问询、投诉和热点问题的解决方案。5. Establish and maintain effective communication with Program Representatives and Project Managers.与项目代表和项目经理建立并保持有效的沟通6. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.经理分配的其他任务QualificationsAcademic Qualification: 学历要求1. BS or higher degree in Food, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical and related science or business.具有食品安全、药学、生物工程、及其他相关学科或业务的学士或更高的学位 Professional Qualification: 职能要求 1. A minimum of ten (5) year experience of audit or quality related positions in food, DS，or pharm industry.至少5年的在食品，保健品或药品行业从事有关质量管理或审核的工作经验。2. Must have ISO9001 and food safety training, such as FSMA, ISO22000 etc. 必须参加过ISO9001和食品安全的培训，例如FSMA和ISO22000等。3. Prefer to have been registered in CCAA: CCAA（中国认证认可协会）注册审核员优先考虑: ISO 22000 自愿性产品认证(Voluntary product certification) Other qualification: 其他要求1. Fluent English especial written English, and mandarin 流利的英语尤其是英语写作能力，和普通话2. Stong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility.学习能力强，责任心强3. Good Interpersonal and communication skills. 良好的人际沟通能力4. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.愿意并能够频繁出差5. Experience with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.熟悉电脑操作，如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等
