• Technical Quality Control: Review audit programs and detailed transaction tests to ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and firm policies.
• Client Advisory: Partner directly with nonprofit and government leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and innovative insights that help them achieve their organizational goals.
• Collaborative Leadership: Leverage our resources as a founding member of CPAsNet-a national consortium-to bring industry-leading insights to our local and regional clients.
• Mentorship: Supervise and guide junior staff on-site, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, integrity, and continuous professional growth.

What You Bring to the Team
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on governmental (GASB) or nonprofit auditing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Licensure: CPA license or active pursuit of the CPA credential.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Single Audits (Uniform Guidance), employee benefit plan audits, or school district accounting is highly preferred.

• Integrity: A commitment to maintaining strict quality control and upholding the reputation we've built over four decades.

Why Choose Us?

We offer a stable, collaborative environment where your expertise directly supports the organizations that strengthen our communities.
• Professional Leadership: Work for a firm whose leaders are recognized experts and former instructors for the AICPA.
• National Resources, Local Feel: Benefit from the specialized resources of a national consortium (CPAsNet) while enjoying the personal culture of a regional firm.
• Commitment to Quality: Join a firm that successfully maintains rigorous Peer Review standards and belongs to the Governmental Audit Quality Center.
• Growth & Impact: See the direct results of your work in the federal funding updates and management insights we provide to the public sector.
