Audit Senior Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and auditing, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients while mentoring junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
Ā Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Ā Document and communicate audit findings to clients effectively
Ā Supervise and mentor junior staff throughout the audit process
Ā Perform data analysis to support audit procedures and findings
Ā Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Ā Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
Ā Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support
Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ā 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing
Ā CPA certification is preferred but not required
Ā Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
Ā Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Proficient in documenting and managing client files
Ā Experience in supervising and training junior staff
Ā Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills
Ā Familiarity with internal controls and compliance measures
