Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk management processes are in place. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the audit process. Analyze data and financial information to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance audit approach. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote proactive risk management. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with other audit teams and departments to share best practices and ensure consistency in processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information. Represent the company in a professional manner and act as an ambassador for the organization.
