About the position Migelino is a Swiss online audiologist offering medical aids for regular use at fair prices. Due to rising customer demand, we also provide quality hearing aids from brand manufacturers through our telemedicine platform. This model has already proven successful in the Swiss and Italian markets. After launching in the US in 2025, we are looking to expand our team to further grow this segment! Tasks We have successfully achieved Product-Market Fit in the US. Now, we are looking for a highly skilled Audiologist who is ready to lead. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role: You will start by delivering world-class audiological care yourself, using that hands-on experience to eventually build and lead our entire US clinical team. Phase 1: Clinical Excellence & Market Mastery (Initial Focus) In the beginning, your primary focus will be "on the tools" to ensure our US customers receive the best possible care: Lead Audiologist: You are the primary expert for our US market, performing remote fittings and adjustments via our telemedicine platform. Customer Success: You provide high-touch video and phone consultations, ensuring our US product-market fit translates into long-term customer loyalty. Technical Expert: You handle service requests and minor repairs, becoming the go-to person for all technical audiology questions in the US. Phase 2: Scaling & Leadership (Strategic Growth) As you master the operational details and the customer base grows, your role will expand into leadership: Team Build-out: You will take responsibility for recruiting, training, and managing a team of US-based audiologists and support staff. Operational Leadership: You will transition from a "Player" to a "Coach," moving into a senior leadership position (e.g., Head of US Audiology & Operations). Process Optimization: You will use your hands-on experience to define the clinical standards and workflows for our expanding US office. Your Profile: Certified Audiology Expert: You have a solid background in hearing aid acoustics/audiology and love working with customers. Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are excited about the prospect of starting "hands-on" and growing into a management role as the company scales.
