Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client which is a boutique games services company with 35 offices in 11 countries worldwide. Their range of services includes quality assurance, localization, customer experience, art production, game development services, and audio production services.
To continue making an impact, they are looking for an Audio File Reviewer (Norwegian) to check audio files before they go into production.
Job Description
ā¢ Review audio files in Norwegian and compare them to pre-written transcripts in Excel.
ā¢ Document any differences between the audio and the script with high attention to detail.
ā¢ Ensure linguistic and contextual accuracy of Norwegian transcriptions.
Other Conditions:
ā¢ Audio files will likely be sent in daily batches.
ā¢ You will be able to accept or decline tasks based on your availability.
ā¢ Accepted tasks will need to be completed within 2 days of assignment or less.
Qualifications
ā¢ Native-level fluency in Norwegian and strong understanding of English.
ā¢ Prior experience in transcription, localization QA, or linguistic review (preferred).
ā¢ Comfortable using Excel and audio playback tools.
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and quality headphones.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
