Your Role

Responsibilities
Ā Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery through trial prep and court proceedings, representing clients in depositions, site inspections, court hearings, trials, etc.
Ā Research applicable laws and findings to develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation, sharing them with claims representatives and insured clients.
Ā Establish and maintain good relationships with claims representatives and insured clients, occasionally conducting training sessions for Legal, Claims or other departments.
Ā Develop and render clear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategies, drafting legal documents including pleadings and motions.
Requirements
Ā Familiarity with the latest developments in law practice, as well as knowledge in related fields.
Ā Familiarity with insurance law is a plus.
Ā Proficiency with technologies reducing costs and facilitating law practice and remote work.
