Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
ā¢ Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
ā¢ Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
ā¢ Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
ā¢ J.D. from an accredited law school
ā¢ Active bar license in the applicable state
ā¢ 1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
