Our client is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Employment Litigation Attorney to join their Sacramento office. This is a dynamic role offering autonomy, strategic influence, and regular interaction with sophisticated clients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team while handling high-impact litigation matters across California and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Defend employers in employment-related litigation, including wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims
Develop and manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and client communications
Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings
Provide strategic counsel and risk assessment directly to clients
Work in tandem with attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial, team-oriented environment
Who We’re Looking For
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active membership in the California Bar
5+ years of employment litigation experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $185,000–$300,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonus program
