Handling employment law cases from intake through resolution

Taking and defending depositions

Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Assisting in trial preparation and, when appropriate, serving as second chair at trial
Qualifications:
Active California Bar membership
1–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently and work within a team
Trial preparation experience is a plus
