As an Athlete (Vendeur) H/F, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the success of our store. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
Promote and sell Nike products by understanding and communicating the features and benefits of each item to customers.
Contribute to the success of the store by achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Utilize strong knowledge of sports to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Nike brand by embodying its values and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively conveying information to customers and team members.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and any promotions or sales to ensure customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the store is well-stocked and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
