Responsibilities
As an At-Home Technical Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions. You will be empowered to think creatively and collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
Enrolled in a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
A quiet home workspace with a hard-wired internet connection directly from an internet service provider
Available for nine weeks of part-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 24 hours a week
Post-training, available to work 20 weekly hours
Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
