This exciting opportunity will have you working as a Logistics Coordinator for a large and growing logistics company located in Newark, DE. REMOTE If you have logistics experience and strong data entry skills , explore the various other benefits this opportunity can deliver: Responsibilities: • Reconcile charge codes and correct invoices. • Maintain records of shipments processed. • Provide monthly metrics and analyze reports as needed. • Reduce the number of third party shipments being force paid. • Communicate with Business Units, Logistics Leaders, Shippers, Transportation Coordinators and Finance Service Leaders. • Collect information to evaluate and analyze freight rate quotes and costs. • Prepare and maintain procurement documents consisting of contracts, schedules, exhibits, and amendments. • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. • Review freight invoices against ShipMax and make corrections.
