They are seeking an Associate Video Editor to create and optimize video content for various platforms while assisting the post-production team with project organization and video editing tasks.ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize video creatives for platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, retail, etc and assist the post production team in project/asset organizationEdit & Export both short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, including paid ads on social media, brand videos, training videos, etcAnalyze video performance data and make adjustments accordinglyShoot footage on iPhone/DSLR cameras to be used for thumbstoppersCollaborate with other stakeholders to optimize creativesManage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlinesLead QC initiatives such as JIRA updates, & VAM related tasks, & log/track internal data sheetsSkillsGood sense of compelling and eye-capturing imageryExcited to work with a cross-functional team to meet goals that help the continued growth of our businessHas good organizational, communication and leadership skillsStrong multitasking and time management skillsReady to attack and solve any problem head-on at a moment's noticeStrong attention to detailSelf starter with a hunger to always be improvingBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year of video editing (Adobe Premiere)Good understanding of video trends on social platformsProficient in Adobe Premiere; After Effects a plusBasic Google Docs experienceBasic Knowledge of Project Management Software1 year of video editing in a marketing environmentSocial media data analysisGoogle Sheets/Doc data entryColor grading and audio mixingExperience editing UGC/homemade video content into short adsExperience using JIRA is a plusBenefitsComprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
