About the role:

The Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition serves Clarvida’s mission as the executive leader for the Talent Acquisition function. Develops, manages, and co-owns the organization's workforce strategy, TA brand, and executive leadership level hiring (full-cycle recruitment). The AVP drives scalability, evaluates and enhances technology, systems, process and ensures quality-of-hire across Clarvida’s national footprint.

This role provides strategic leadership across Clarvida’s U.S. and international Talent Acquisition teams, including oversight of our Manila-based recruitment operations. The AVP will ensure global alignment in process, performance, and candidate experience.
• Ensures the effective strategy, development, and successful implementation of Clarvida’s multi-year TA roadmap; recalibrating as necessary to align growth and strategic initiatives, assess customization and unique trends for launch of new service lines, and M&A integrations.
• Leads and designs the evolution of TA, including COEs (sourcing, university, executive recruiting).
• Leads the Candidate Experience Optimization Project (CEOP), driving improvements across the full candidate journey—from awareness to onboarding—through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous innovation.
• Establishes and upholds organizational KPIs (QH, time-to-start, source mix) and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensures collaboration and active sponsorship in alignment with equitable selection standards across functions.
• Actively supports, collaborates and drives, the FTE mapping, and workforce planning in partnership with Finance and People leadership.
• Data Analytics: Present insights to ELT/Board; steward budget, vendor portfolio, and risk/compliance

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree (required); advanced degree (preferred)
• 10+ years in a TA leadership role, with scope across multi-state or multi-site operations, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or human services sectors
• Active experience building TA Function at scale with over (1k+ hires/year) and leadership development, with documented experience around executive search
• Effective analytical, business, strategic, and financial acumen
• Proven change leadership in HCM/ATS transformations
Benefits:
• Compensation: Annual salary base of $165,000-$195,000 + 20% Bonus Potential.
