Requires a J.D., LL.M., or foreign equivalent and License to practice law in the jurisdiction the Associate is based. Experience, Education, or Academic Training must include: Legal research and writing, including drafting legal Memoranda, Orders, and/or Complaints; Reviewing legal documents and performing analysis to identify legal issues. Domestic Travel Required. Location and frequency impossible to predict.
