Associate Therapist (Unlicensed) – Fully Remote, Part-Time

Employer: Silvi Integrative Health Location: Remote (Must be registered in California) Employment Type: Part-Time / Hourly Compensation: Average $65/hour (equivalent to $70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on caseload) Schedule: Approximately 20 client hours per week + 1 hour of supervision (more available if desired) About Silvi Integrative Health Silvi Integrative Health is a California-based telehealth practice specializing in trauma-focused psychotherapy, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Our clinicians provide holistic, evidence-based care through a supportive, flexible, and fully virtual model. We integrate neuroscience, psychotherapy, and mindful technology — including AI-supported documentation that saves 2–4 hours each week — to help our clinicians focus more on care and less on admin. Position Summary We are seeking a Master’s-level Associate Therapist to join our expanding virtual team. This position offers a consistent caseload of approximately 20 clients per week under licensed supervision. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma recovery, holistic healing, and experiential modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, or psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Responsibilities • Provide virtual psychotherapy to a caseload of ~20 clients per week under supervision • Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care) • Create individualized treatment plans and track progress • Maintain HIPAA-compliant, timely documentation using AI-assisted tools • Participate in weekly supervision and optional team case consultations • Stay aligned with BBS or Board of Psychology standards and ethical guidelines Qualifications Required: • Active and registered Associate number with the California BBS or Board of Psychology (AMFT, ASW, APCC, or Psychological Associate) • At least 1 year of clinical experience • Strong telehealth and digital documentation skills • Availability for at least 20 client hours/week and 1 hour of supervision Preferred: • Certification or training in EMDR or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) • Experience treating trauma, PTSD, or first responders • Comfort using AI-supported or EHR documentation systems Compensation & Benefits • Average rate: $65/hour (typically $70,000–$75,000 annually) • Additional pay for consistently maintaining over 20 weekly client hours • Weekly individual or group supervision (more available if desired) • CE reimbursement: $250 annually • Time off: 2 weeks unpaid leave • Technology support: AI-enhanced note system (saves 2–4 hours/week) • 100% virtual work — must be registered in California but can live anywhere Why Join Silvi Integrative Health?
