The Associate Territory Manager is responsible for the distribution and promotion of donated human tissue for surgical use within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with various healthcare professionals to drive sales and support patient outcomes. Responsibilities Sales Activities: Prospects, targets, and develops relationships within markets to perpetuate business within their respective territory, including case coverage in the operating room.Serves as the primary contact to the end user and technical users (primary surgeons, DPMs, and clinical program directors) for new accounts and backup on existing accounts. Formulate mature business platform growth from the perspective of a limited or non-existent base of business Strategic Territory Development: Works closely with the leader on targeting and growing the LifeNet Health base of business Tactical Territory Development: Plans and implements strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territoryâs strategic goals are met Administration & Training: Ensures administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely manner such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, hospital billing issues, etc.Completes all required training such as compliance, product, sales, or other required company training Communication Plan: Develops and reviews business plans with leader quarterly Skills Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) Valid Driver's License Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS), Business or Marketing preferred 1-year medical device sales experience Benefits Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage-Comprehensive care that wonât break the bank.
