What you'll do To ensure the overall success of Driver Operations in respective markets across our global presenceBe the main bridge of effective communications and collaborations between Functional Departments & local Driver Operations Acquire a deep quantitative & qualitative understanding of local situations, problems, and opportunities Help markets adopt and apply learnings & standards from Process Optimization Team on already-solved problems Work with markets to plan, execute and review initiatives in a data-driven way to tackle new problems / opportunities Document and share data-supported local learnings with Optimization Team and other markets What you'll need: Degree holder in any disciplinesAt least 3 years (s) experience in a fast-moving environment or in a supervisory roleAbility to communicate effectively across different regionsAnalytical and data-driven, proven success in project management Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causesPositive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to detailsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishAbility to champion new processes from plan to closeKnowledge on spreadsheets and Tableau is preferred Additional Information To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
