They are seeking an Associate Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruiting, focusing on high-volume recruitment across their Strategic Businesses while partnering with senior recruiters and HR Business Partners.ResponsibilitiesManage and support all aspects of the full life cycle recruiting process; this includes job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and screening with a focus on high volume recruitment covering class hiring for roles across multiple business areasProactively source and engage candidates using direct recruiting strategies and recruiting toolsPartner with senior recruiters on candidate pipeline development for critical rolesWork with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure alignment with workforce planning and share progress updatesMaintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to accurate reportingCreate a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professional engagement at each stage of the processStay informed on recruiting trends and labor market dynamicsSkillsDemonstrated sourcing and recruiting experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with recruiters, HRBPs and hiring managersCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring processProactive, resourceful, and eager to grow your career in recruitingFinancial services or other high-volume experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsLeave programsAdoption assistanceStudent loan repayment programsCompany OverviewFor over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
