The role involves full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and improve recruiting processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting across technical and non technical rolesConduct initial candidate screens and assess role alignmentSource candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative outbound strategiesCoordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experienceMaintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in GreenhousePartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prioritiesAssist with in-person onsite interviews days, including candidate check-in, room coordination and logisticsHelp improve recruiting processes and workflows as we scaleTrack pipeline metrics and support weekly hiring targetsAssist with onboarding logistics and help facilitate new hire orientation as neededSkillsMinimum 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)Candidates coming straight from an agency environment are welcomeStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable conducting phone/video screens independentlyProfessional presence when hosting candidates and new hire onsiteOrganized, detail-oriented, and highly responsiveAbility to prioritize in a fast-moving startup environmentCurious mindset and strong desire to grow within TalentExperience recruiting in hyper-growth tech environments, AI or healthcareExperience with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate closing and offer negotiationFamiliarity with Greenhouse or other ATS systemsExperience supporting onboarding or HR operationsBenefitsEquity packagesRobust medical/dental/vision insuranceFlexible working hoursHybrid work optionsCompany OverviewQualified Health is an integrated generative AI into a healthcare platform that offers continuous monitoring of algorithm performance.
