About this Role:
Ampacity is seeking an Associate Project Designer to develop strategic project plans, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will create project documentation, analyze data sources, and track progress while ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.This is a remote position. Pay Range: $30 per hour

What You'll Do:
Develop project strategy plans based on logical frameworks through design processes like Summaries and LayoutsMaintain project timeframes, objectives and communications with Sales Directors and other Design Team members.Create and manage documentation and reports for projects within our shared DriveIdentify the goals and requirements of each project through communication with Sales Directors and analyze various federal and local data collection outfits to gain necessary project informationTrack, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challengesMaintain current knowledge on product manufacturer’s requirements applicable to each project

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while being open to different points of viewProficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications while being interested in gaining new computer skills as required by the jobExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for conveying information confidently, directly, respectfully, precisely, and accuratelyHighly motivated to research and report in great detail and with clarityExceptional time management skills, self awareness, and flexibility as required to set and meet reasonable project deadlines within the agreed upon hours of operationTrustworthy and comfortable with working while being isolated in front of a computer for multiple hours at a timeWillingness to travel up to 10% annually.
