Associate Product Specialist
Support our Product Specialists to turn broader buckets of data into specific and actionable pieces of feedback, conveying the nuances of the feedback. Measure and report the impact of eliminating viewer pain points. Assist in building regular Viewer Insight reports and presentations circulated through the wider Business that give Leadership and Stakeholders insight into what type of issues viewers are surfacing through support channels. Responsible for maintaining our suite of reports ensuring it’s maintained and well organized. Review the Viewer Insights intake form repository and ensure Product Specialists are aware of requests.
