Associate Product Operations Specialist
SiriusXM is a leading audio entertainment company in North America, seeking an Associate Product Operations Specialist to support and manage projects related to ad products and capabilities. The role involves program management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication to ensure successful project execution and product rollout.ResponsibilitiesPartner on, support, and drive strategic go-to-market initiatives that have significant impact on SiriusXM Media and AdsWizz ad monetization and creator strategies Influence decisions across cross-functional leaders and stakeholdersSupport in the organization and guidelines setting for complex programs, partners and business partners and develop realistic program plans, project estimates and KPIsDrive progress against launch milestones in GTM-driven working groups, manage program plans, program status communication and related documentationManage distributed project execution teams with associated programs to ensure successful completionCommunicate expertly and partner with Product, Sales, Ad Operations, Engineering, and other cross functional teams to build consensus and meet projected deadlinesManage and communicate status on programs from conception through launch, and provide post launch analysis by building strategic communication framework for internal constituents; manage proactive and reactive communications to various internal & external stakeholdersDrive development and rollout of best practices around new ad products/capabilities andSkillsBS or BA degree1-3 years in a Program Management, Project Management, Client Services, or Operations role at a digital or mobile media company or related industryOutstanding written/verbal communication skills with internal & external audiences; polished and professional demeanorExpert organizational skillsExperience in creating tailored communication to different audiences across all levels of the businessHighly skilled in building relationships, coordinating cross functional teams and in influencing decision-makingKnowledgeable of market trends & competitive landscapeExperience and proven success managing large scale programs with Sales, Product and/or Engineering teams in a support capacityExcellent analytical skillsExcellent judgment, great attitude, natural team playerExperience working with SFDC, Google Workspace, Monday.com, JIRA and other productivity toolsMust have legal right to work in the U.SExperience in ad technology platforms, specifically Google Ads capabilities, is a plusExperience with YouTube Studio or other creator-focused content management platforms is a plusExperience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etcBenefitsDiscretionary short-term and long-term incentivesCompany OverviewSiriusXM and its brands (Pandora, SiriusXM Media, AdsWizz, Simplecast, and SiriusXM Connect) are leading a new era of audio entertainment and services by delivering the most compelling subscription and ad-supported audio entertainment experience for listeners -- in the car, at home, and anywhere on the go with connected devices.
