Join us as an Associate Product Manager – Advanced Wound Bioactives (AWB) based at our Clearfork office in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to support innovative brands and marketing programs that make a real difference in patients’ lives. If you’re passionate about marketing, project management, and driving impactful initiatives, this role is for you. Responsibilities • Manage marketing programs and projects, creating strategic and tactical plans to ensure successful launches • Provide product support for key brands, including product launches, sampling, ad campaigns, promotions, and trade show preparation • Collaborate cross-functionally within Marketing and across departments to optimize marketing efforts • Develop tools and resources for the sales force to enhance customer interactions • Assist with budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and marketing material approvals • Participate in trade shows and educational conferences, including booth staffing • Prepare presentations and analyze market data for senior management • Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to leadership • Support quality and regulatory processes, including managing customer complaints Requirements • BA/BS degree required; Marketing, Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or Engineering preferred • Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High learning agility and analytical capabilities • Proficiency in data analytics, marketing tools, and social media strategies Nice-to-haves • Previous internship or related experience is a plus Benefits • 401k programs • flexible work-life balance options • comprehensive health and wellbeing plans • hybrid work models • customized training • fitness and travel discounts Apply tot his job
