In this role, you’ll work directly with data and analytics to shape new product offerings and improve existing products for clients, while also supporting product development and operations. Responsibilities Analyze data with R / Python and SQL to produce deliverables like client reports and trend analyses that showcase the benefits of our products and help our clients and team run smarter campaigns Prototype new tools and data sources to evaluate quality and methodology, build proof-of-concept deliverables, and shape feature development Support key product operations and workflows by working with users to solve problems, validating that systems are operating correctly, and identifying needed process improvements Experiment with LLMs and other AI tools in a focused way to identify workflow improvements Work with engineers to implement new data-driven applications and features Support product development and planning by identifying potential new features, helping to shape new products, and evaluate how our existing products are working Skills Experience with data analysis using R / Python and SQL Ability to produce deliverables like client reports and trend analyses Experience in prototyping new tools and data sources Ability to support key product operations and workflows Experience in experimenting with LLMs and other AI tools Ability to work with engineers to implement new data-driven applications and features Experience in supporting product development and planning Company Overview We are an outcomes agency at the intersection of business, politics, and policy.
