Associate Principal (Solutions Architect)- Power BI (Remote)

About the position

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for functional or operational areas.
• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, prepare flowcharts, perform coding, and test/debug programs.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans and prepare system and programming documentation.
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Train users in conversion and implementation of systems.

Requirements
• Twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience along the full software development life cycle.
• Extensive experience applying code management principles.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience building canvas Power Apps.
• Experience building model-driven Power Apps.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Understanding of data modeling for business applications.

Nice-to-haves
• Power Platform Fundamentals and App Maker certification is a plus.
